The are TERRIBLE!! I have suffered from non communication from Salesmen, that is once he gained my business. Under quoting just to gain my business, My price went from being quoted at $1879.78 to $2930.00 over $1, 000 increase. They are a RIP - OFF COMPANY!!! They take people who are in need of there help and take it to there advantage. They picked up my furniture on October 24, 2010 and my furniture sat at there place of business all the way up till November 3, 2010 with me having a clue that my furniture was not moving. After attempting to call on several occassions they transferred me from person to person and half of the people there can barely speak English clearly. I have filed a customer complaint with there customer relations department and all she has done is PROTECT THEM and when asked for a discount on my move for all my inconvienence she then stated that my move was actually move than $2930.00, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME"! Upon arrival the driver never provided any proof as to how many cubic ft I had for my furniture to be loaded everything went off an ESTIMATE!!! I have over 20 emails going back and forth with there suppose to be CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE and she has done nothing on my behalf!! Till this day I have yet to see an Actual weight for my furniture and TRUST ME I WILL NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!The BBB has rated them an "F" and they have 138 complaints from all over with the same issues that I have. Please do your homework and investigate a company through the BBB or any other Service Reviews before you decide on a Long Distance Move. PLEASE BEWARE OF EZMOVERS!!!
