Call the bronx district attorney to add your name in the list against mark and his fraud company ezsalvage. They are working now under salvageworld.com and EMmarketplace.com. They will be charged criminally if the attorney have enough complaints. you can also file a civil court suit against him and probably look for any of his assets including bank accounts to be frozen. the contact for the district attorney is 718 590 2000. do it now and even if he tries to flee the country, the interpole will bring him back if we are enough...

This company EZSalvage, from what I understand, is no longer. I think the owner has left the USA. I am sure there are many others in the same situation that I am. I requested a refund about 4-5 weeks ago and ofcourse never received the money. I am out alot. If others in my same situation would please post. I have today talked to someone in the District Attorney's office in NYC. They took my information on the amount of money, my name and phone number. As they told me this is a civil complaint and I can not get my money back that if they find this person they would put him in jail, unless he wanted to give people their money back, which I do not think will happen. He suggested that I might file a civil suit against him. Anyone that can give me any information will be greatly appreciated. Has anyone else contacted anyone?? Thanks for any help...

WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY FROM EZSALVAGE. THEY'RE NOTORIOUS FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE, TAKING THE MONEY AND NOT RETURNING THE PRODUCT. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED AND SERVE JAIL TIME! It has been 3 months that they have been keeping my refund and now I can't even communicate with them. They oweme 9300.00 and right now I don't know what else to do. i filed a complaint with FBI but there has been no response.
Please if anyone is doing something Legal to get your money, I would very much appreciate your help and or information.

i transfer an amount of 400 dollars from my credit card into an account i set up with ezsalvage.com in order for them to purchase a salvage car for me, after continueing bidding a car for about a week, i realised that any time i win car at the end of the auction, they called me the next day to tell me somebody outbidded my offer and would like to know if i'm willing to increase my bid, i did increase my bid a couple of times but later recieve a message saying they could not purchase the vehicle, the last time i placaed a bid on a 2001 toyota corolla, they called me the next morning to let me know as usual, i have been outbidded, by somebody and if i'm willing to increase the bid, i asked them how much is the insurance company is willing to accept, i was told by the gentleman i spoke to on the phone that, the insurance company wants 2000 dollars, so i told him i 'm willng to pay that amount(2000) to secure the car, but did not hear from them whether i won the bid or not, no phone calls like they usually do if i don't win, no emails, nothing.i decided to reguest for myrefund, though, they charge me thirty dollars(30) for not being a regular bidder for one month, it has been six weeks now and still dont have the money return to my credit card as promise, i sent them an email, but no reply as of now, they told me, that is the best way to contact them, i call their phone couple of times and nobody answered .i'm beginning to think there is some sort of scamm going on.i need my money now.
