Just discovered an unauthorized charge that I assumed was a credit protection plan, that began on my Bank of America Card a year ago. Now that I cleared the card, the charge was still there, and after reading some other complaints, I think I remember how it began. I was looking for a cheap rate for an airline ticket I had to purchase for my trip to Baltimore, and I clicked on something that said EZSaver for discount rates. I must have used it because every month for the past year, I have had exactly $19.80 charged to my card and received nothing for it! I have notified Bank of America that I have cancelled the charge and not to let it happen again. I did get ahold of two people at Membership Services, and I am waiting for the last two charges to be refunded. Why only two? I should have seen this earlier, and have already paid for that mistake. Look at your charges on the statement you get each month! They get away with it because we have gotten too lazy to follow up on our own purchases. EZSaver has also been linked to American Leisure. Be aware and file complaints!
