Not Smiling 101 July 28, 2009

A montly member ship

What a fool I am. I got scammed with this White teeth fraud too. 
Before I got my credit card bill I had been charged for 4 products. 
I believed the info ads and ordered 2 different products. Shipping was $6.99 and 3.76 both of which I was charged. Ok I agreed to that but what came next was a surprise. 
I received there first shipment and then another shipment. A total of 4 products in one month. 
 
EasyWhite 85.18 
Smilebright 85.37 
EZTeeth 78.23 
Live Thin 85.37 ???? 
 
All on the same Visa statement. 
I contacted theses people and they said I agreed to the terms and I can not return for a refund. Apparently I was supposed to return the unused and un-opened produces with in 10 days stating I was not satisfied. (I still can’t figure that one out). I think I’m now dealing with 4 different companies. Kind of a pyramid effect, 2 become 4 and what’s next 8. 
I contacted my credit Card and now I’m in the process of disputing the charges. If another charge comes in I’ll have to cancel the card.

credit card charge

I have charges on my credit card statement on 4/03/04--one in the amount of $5.83 and another in the amount of $14.95.

Then on 4/20/09 I have another charge against my account for $78.23. The agreement said we were to have 10 days free trial of product but we did not receive it until April 29, and the charge was made on April 20. I do not know what the first two charges are for.

I want a credit to my account for all three items. I will gladly return the package to the company. I do not like this type of bad practices.
