I spent around $1000 on a security camera and DVR card for my computer to record the area I wanted to watch 24/7, including infrared night vision. The camera was expensive but from day one it did not perform quite as good as I expected and there were frequent problems. EZWatch CLAIMS they give you great customer support. My experience is that from the moment you connect with technical support with someone named Ryan or others you feel like you're talking to a monotone robot that only wants to end the call. A terrible attitude like they're doing you a favor and that you're annoying them. The camera finally just died and they sent me a replacement after arm twisting but the second one had no infrared working from day one. I found similar products much less expensive with other vendors. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere with established name products.
