I WAS ADVISED THE EVAPORATOR WAS FIXED & I COULD PICK THE TRUCK UP . WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP . THE BATTERY WAS DEAD THE CAUSE WAS THE BRAKE SWITCH THE MECHANIC BROKE WHILE REPLACING THE EVAPORATOR, THIS IS THE 3RD EVAPORATOR
SERVICE WAS THE WORST SERVICE i HAVE EVER RECEIVED SINCE BUYING NEW VEHICLE SINCE 1972, I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD PRODUCT AGAIN. THE REP FROM ORLANDO PROMISED A CALL BACK TODAY 7/6/11 . NO RETURN CALL i CALLED HER 2 TIMES 7/6/12
