I have been unable to talk to a life person regarding a refund due to me. On April 3, 2009 I ordered from a young lady a subscription of Readers Digest. Due to a family emergency that
night I had to cancel the order via FAX: #303-6799909 on April 6, 2009. The fax was sent by UPS Store #4950 and transmission was received according to "verification report". It was noted that "if the cancellation was received with a post mark no later than three days from the original date of sale there would be no penalty. I have tried a number of times to speak to a live voice at 303-674-8252. I would appreciate any thing you can do to get this finally settled.
