Charges applied to credit care not authorized
I have called the 650-543-7818 number and only get a recording. Charges were taken from my bank account credit card in the amount of $250.00. I did not authorize these charges to be made or deducted from my account. These charges were deducted on 4/22/11 without my authorization. Please refund to my account the $250.00 immediately. I will be filing a Visa appeal. Please call me ASAP at 606-886-0246 (home. or 606-886-9178 work. thank you Carrie.

unable to log in
Hi,
I am unable to log into my facebook account.
The security check only gives me one option, and thats to id photos.
I cannot id these photos as they are people that play the game Kingdom of Camelot with me, i know the names but have never seen the photots before, could u please help me with this.

HEY MARK, ya you Mr. Zuckenberg why are you stealing money from my account (debit) what millions aint enough for you? I would of gladly loaned it to you. What really pisses me off . I love facebook and still do but I feel violated next time use some vasiline so it dont hurt as much!!!

took money
I used my debit card on farmville which is on facebook a few months back so it was on their files. Today I went to the bank and $14.00 was taken out by facebook. I never consented to this and had to cancel my card. THANKS FACE BOOK YOU ASSHOLES

You guys have the wrong zip code for me, my zip code is 10467, you guys have 94304, I don't where you get that zip code, I never gave you that. Please correct my zip code so that I can use my Debt Card tonight. Thank you. Please reply that you have corrected the problem.

facebooks poor performance
would you believe it facebook has no link to file a complaint or directly contact them via email? three different browsers and nothing worked correctly, all my posts dissapeared for hours then double and triple posts, poor poor customer service or none at all...

COMMUNICATION WITH FACEBOOK
LAST WEEK MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT WAS HACKED. THEY WERE ABLE TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD, USER NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THEREFORE I AM NO UNABLE TO LOGIN. I CAN'T GET A PASSWORD REQUEST CODE SENT TO ME BECAUSE OF THE EMAIL CHANGE. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CONTACT FACEBOOK ABOUT THIS, BUT THEY HAVE NO WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM ON THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO RE-GAIN MY ACCOUNT OR AT LEAST HAVE IT DELETED! ALL MY PICTURES, ALL MY INFORMATION IS OUT THERE IN SOME STRANGERS HAND SOMEWHERE IN INDONESIA AND FACEBOOK WON'T EVEN CONTACT ME BACK...MAKES ME SICK!

I looked at my bank balance and saw two 50.00 charges on my statment that was to facebook. I havent authorized any payments and havent ordered anything on facebook. I want these charges cancelled and off my balance. This made me overdrawn. There mat be charges and I am not responsible for them. I exoect facebook will reimburse these charges.
