stolen chips
I was playing zynga poker slots and my chips were stolen. I was at 400k and it went down to 12k. When I contacted customer service I got a template saying that they couldnt determine my chips were stolen so they wouldnt replace them. This same thing happened about a month ago and 4.2 mil chips were stolen. I got the same exact email from them. They are getting so impersonal and refuse to even check into my stolen chips. And the more I chat with people the more I see that everyone is being treated the same way. I no longer use that site since they have the worse customer service and have done nothing to secure their site and prevent these losses.

Daughter bought Credits with My Credit Card unknowingly
Apparently my daughter has been making payments to0 facebbok off my bankcard without my knowledge. What can I do to have this account shutdown and get my money back because I was unaware of this situation until my Bank, Bank of America called me to verify the charges on my card. these are fradulent charges, and i am not going to be swindeled out of my money that I had no idea was being used. I can give what ever information needed on the card if you want to verify with me or I will have the bank take action I do-not have the money for these charges of

8 days ago I was a victim of a money scam on Facebook and Hotmail. My Hotmail account was re-instated, but I have done everything Facebook has asked me to do, and no response. Their customer service is terrible, with no reguard for the people. I have friends that I need to notify, and I do not have access to my account to let them know. I didn't do anything wrong, yet I am the one who can't get on my account. I can't even start a new account. And no one will help. I have emailed them every day. Nothing! Very bad was to treat people!!!

i am not happy about petville lately, i have been getting so many mystery gifts but all i get is a flower from then and i am not pleased, also i have been accepting alot of mystery gifts and they have been dissappearing!! i am bot happy at all. please do something about it. you used to give out 2 pet cash and now it gives you a flower! and also stop doing so many changes!! it makes it load all the time!!! thankyou.

The problem first started on 12-25-2010, I was logging into my Facebook account (Chris Flynn at chrisflynn55 AT gmail.com), and it told me that my account is temporarily suspended. So what was going through my mind was, I didn't do anything bad. I was just changing my password and I was on a real Facebook (Chris Flynn) at chrisflynn55 AT gmail.com) site not a fake site. So I tried again about 4 more times, and I am still getting the same message telling me that my account is suspended. I have written an email to their Operations Control and they have only responded once and that was it. So I told them the problem when they only email me once, I haven't gotten an email response back ever since. So I kept emailing Operations Control at Facebook 4 times but they haven't responded back to my problems. I feel like I am taken advantage of even though Facebook doesn't cost me to join, but I feel like I did something wrong even though I didn't do anything stupid on Facebook. All I did was change a password on a real Facebook site and I was on a real Facebook site 5 times. I am not happy with what Facebook did to me. I feel like I was being accussed of something that I didn't do and what you did was wrong!
What I would like Facebook to do is to unlocked my account (Chris Flynn) because I want to be able to talk to friends on Facebook chat, and check my messages. Because I didn't do anything to have my account suspended and I believe I deserved a 2nd chance to have my Facebook account back. Please respond to my message, Facebook!

MY ACCOUNT WAS DISABLED
On the morning that I sent a Happy Birthday message to my cousin, which was the last time I had posted anything, I went to go on my facebook account later that day and for some reason, Facebook disabled my account saying it wasn't authentic. I was dumbfounded...Of course, you couldn't reach anyone by phone so I sent an email and OF COURSE, never received a response. How can they say that it not authentic when it put my name on my account. I DONT GET IT!!! Now I have my friends thinking that I had deleted them off and I have to explain to over 100 friends what happened. FACEBOOK HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! It's a shame that a service that provides millions of people with the ability to stay in contact with family and friends has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have now gone back to MY SPACE which has my friends on there also...so I can pass the message on about the poor customer service that FACEBOOK has. I'm really upset over this.

Deactivation
Hi, For some reason when i logged into my Facebook yesterday it told me that my account had been disabled. I emailed their appeals thing with another e mail and was told i wouldn't be able to use the e mail and that i had to mail from my account e mail. That e mail is ruined and i will most likely never see the in box of that ting ever again. But my real complaint is this never would have happened if they dint deactivate my account in the first place. The reason for it was none, I had no body even added on it but was connecting with a game on it i had played for several monthes and worked my way up. Now thanks to Facebook ill never see that account ever again either. I am working on e mail the COO of Facebook. If any body knows how i could possibly get in touch with the COO please let me know. Thanks

MONIES WAS DENIED FROM MY BANK ON 11-29-2010, FOR NONE SUFFCIENT FUNDS WAS THE POP UO I RECEIVED. YET ON 11-29-10 THE BANK SAID IT WAS PAID WHICH CAUSED MY TO BE MINUS IN MY CHECKING, WITH AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 FIR NONE SUFFCIENT FUNDS, YET I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY OR CREDITS FROM FACEBOOK AND NOW WISH NOT TO SIMPLY CAUSE I'M NEEDING THE $75.00 BACK THAT MIDWWEST BANK SAY'S THEY PAID.
