Their website has incorrect information. They sent me the wrong item.

I sent an email to their customer support 4 times to make an exchange for the correct item. They finally emailed me 6 weeks later and said I had to call them. I called 3 times, no one answered. On the 4th try, someone picked up the phone, mumbled something and HUNG UP. I emailed again to explain what happened. I never received a reply.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. If anyone ever asks me about them, I will be glad to tell my horrible experience.
