I recently filed a complaint with regards to Fair Deal Auto back in November, 2008.. As of to date.. no one is able to assist me.. I have met with 2 different Attorneys and they have both said that Florida is the worst when it comes down to the Lemon Law.. I purchased this car for my sister whom just moved to Fl from NY.. And I told her to get a used car since this would be her first.. Just like I did a couple of years back. Thank god I am driving a reliable and new car! Today is Christmas day.. And I want to give anyone looking to buy a car a Christmas gift.. Please stay away from this company only because they practice nothing but Fraud! And in some crazy sense its like the state of Florida allows this nonsense.. Even if I made my prior message look as bad I am sure there are single mothers out there (that is not self employed as me) going through this.. Though going through this for my sister.. I still feel responsible! You live and learn but I pray that you people are listening out there!! Please stay away from this Company! In the long run its not worth it!!
