I thought Wyndham was better than this.
We had Fairfield points at the Atlantic City resort.
We purchased more points at the Glacier Canyon resort because the salesman told us the combined total could be used for advanced (13 month) bookings at either resort. We clarified this point because it seemed 'too good to be true'.
As we find out when trying to book, this is a lie. Only the points associated with the resort are available for 13 month advanced.
Now the sales person denies it (as he would) and Wyndham tells us to go to hell as the fine print spells every thing out. As they would.
Not impressed with Fairfield / Wyndham. What is the point of getting answers from a salesperson if they lie to your face? I'll be damned if they get any good word from us in the future.
