Fairmount Rancho Banderas significantly increased their Assessment Fees in 2007. I was wondering if there is anyone else out there that realized that the contract we signed as well as section 7.7 of the rules and regulations says that they cannot increase the assessment more than 15% over the previous year?
Has anyone out there pursued this matter legally, if so any advise? If not, is anyone interested in pursuing a class action law suit?
