The connection went down over two weeks ago and FairPoint refuses to fix it. The bright spot is, I'm not alone, two different reps from FairPoint say a month is not uncommon and that FairPoint is in over their heads. According to them the system to address repairs is horrible.
I think I'll just have the account shut down and go with satellite.
Oh, I'd rather not say the business name for fear of future reprisals from UnFairPoint - never know when the phone lines will have some mystery problem.
