Avoid like the plague
I placed an order on 2/23 and received an immediate confirmation via email. On 3/23 when it hadn't arrived, I sent an email. There is no phone number on their site. The state on their site that they will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Didn't get a reply to that email, nor the next 4 I sent. Their "contact us" form actually returned an error code, but I was able to locate an email address on their site. The bad news is that I needed that dress for a wedding that my daughter was flower girl in. The good news is that they never charged me. I WOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHODDY OPERATION.

DEFECTIVE CLOTHING
I would like consumers to know my horrible experience with an online children's store called Fairy Princess Clothing. BEWARE OF THE MERCHANDISE SOLD (POOR QUALITY). HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This store claims to be an upscale boutique specializing in birthday dresses, tutus and fancy accessories for kids (read: expensive fancy prices). I purchased my daughter the Raspberry Birthday Cake Tutu Dress at the cost of $90+. The top of the dress was a cotton knit and had hand placed crystals in the shape of birthday candles. To my horror, the crystals on the candles came off when the top got wet (my daughter spilled water down the front of her dress). The crystals slipped off. The dress now looks ridiculous because it's missing crystals from the design. I wrote to the company in hopes of getting this rectified, but never received a reply. I had hoped she would send more crystals that I could try to reglue, but never received a courtesy reply.
Unfortunately, the website does not list an address or telephone number so the only contact is via a "Contact Form" on the website. It states someone will get back to you within 24 hrs, but to this date, I have not received a response. I've left 7 emails and no response. The owner, Katrina (who always got back to me timely when she was trying to make a sale), has decided to obviously ignore my messages. SAD!
SO BUYER BEWARE...if you spend $$$ at this store, you will NOT receive any customer service. PRODUCT QUALITY is a 1 (on a scale of 1 to 10).
