We rented a home from Faith Realty for almost 4 years. We did break our lease but during our time with them we were known as exceptional renters by maintaining the property as best as possible. The first year we had no complaints with them but after that we had cosmetic problems with the house which we referred to Faith to fix which they had asked us to pay for and that they would reimburse us. They became upset when we said no that they need to pay for it. They also do not maintain the homes such as the a/c unit which we had asked if they could since we were there for so long and wanted to make sure the a/c wouldn't stop during the summer. The contract by Faith is very vague in many different aspects even with regards to early termination. There is nothing in the contract to this regard which we found odd since this was not our first rental and we have always seen a section regarding this. So we did opt to break our contract and as said before we were exceptional renters to where it took only 2 weeks for them to find someone to take over our contract. But even though we did everything they had asked of us they were very rude, mainly David Wigglesworth. They do not follow the contract and will try to keep as much of your deposit as possible. For instance, we had money taken from our deposit to market the house and to re-key the house. They even paid for a cleaning service when the house was not presented clean to us on move-in (which was documented). They also paid to make the house better such as spraying washing the exterior of the home and garage. All-in-all they will make you feel like you are not worth as much because you are renters! Plus, don't trust David Wigglesworth!!! He has no problem bad-talking his boss's son who was trying to help us out by saying that "he is not very bright."
