This company sells fake UGGS. I read on this website where others have had the same fate, and when you want to get a return address they give you this long reason why you shouldn't and that it would be more expensive to send them back due to "heavily snows" whatever that means and a bunch of other reaosns why and yet I can't get an address or phone number to send the fake UGGS back. They came in a plain brown box with a packing slip that was totally in Chinese. Anyone have any idea what we can do. I am going to call my Credit Card company today and see what I can do there. I'll hunt them down if it's the last thing I do, I could use the help since alot of you have had the exact thing happen to you...
Sincerely, Laurel from Alaska
