I could not stand my plane ride back to Worcester from Myrtle Beach with Falcon Air. To start, the plane was delayed for two hours and then when I finally got on the plane, it was absolutely filthy. I mean it smelled horrible, there was stickiness everywhere, gum stuck all over the place. It was disgusting. Then, my carry on luggage was forced to be put under the plane and not in the overhead. I can thank the folks who stole my overhead compartment above my seat and the flight attendants who did not care. Mind you it fit on the way to my destination and the people at the airport desk said it was fine. Also, speaking of the flight attendants, they are very rude and stubborn. Also, I was unable to understand the pilot as he was speaking a foreign language. To boot, people were using unpermitted devices during the flight and the flight attendants failed to stop them. Also, everyone else on the plane were offered a snack and a beverage except for myself and a couple other people. When I attempted to express my concerns to the flight attendant she shut me up. I was extremely unsatisfied with Falcon Air's service and if nothing is done, I will never fly with this company again.
