On a cruise one of the ports of call was Cozumel Mexico. I purchased jewelry and found out it was fake. The bank I dealt with would not hold the funds. I have been in touch with Profeco which is the Mexican's consumer protection agency. I ham making no headway after 2+ years. The company had a false name, phone number, and address, etc.
