I ordered a generator for my car. The web site states that it takes 2 to 3 business days to ship and that my item only ships via UPS ground. The quote below is cut and pasted from their web page.

It has been 11 business days since I ordered and my part still has not shipped. After three calls they can not tell me when it will ship. It has been 15 days since the order was placed.

The "live customer service chat" took over 15 min to go "live" and still no helpful info. I never received a confirmation e-mail of my purchase. I requested a confirmation e-mail when I spoke to customer service and still have not received one. The “contact us” tab allowed me to type a question about my product and inquire about shipping. It took six days for them to respond to my questions. The live phone customer service is in India and there is a lot of background noise. So much background noise that you can barely hear them and you have to keep repeating your information because they can't hear you. After calling several times I still have no shipping date. They remind me that their web sites states it may take up to 14 business days. I did not see that any where, and had every reason to believe that is would be "fast." I have every belief that I will not receive my part in 14 business days and what happens if it is not in 14 business days?

My point is that I would not have ordered if I thought it would take three weeks to a month to receive my part. I would have paid to have my old part rebuilt and would be driving my car right now. I think their web site is misleading and their customer service is a joke. I would not recommend them and will not order from them again. I can only hope that the part will work.
