i was charged 39.95 which was taken out of my account and i never ordered anything so i have no idea what i'm being charged for. i want this taken care of a.s.a.p. and put back into my account.

I just checked my checking account and noticed that my money available was less. I notice this company so I tried to look up Family savers cleb, pleasant grovutusand i couldn't find anything listed. How did they get my number on my card and how do they have the right to do this and never been caught.

I have been repeatedly billed for 19.95 for the past 10 months for this company that I have never authorized or heard about. I went to my bank and they change my card and the charges are still appearing. The bank was unable to give me a phone number or address for them. What is up with this kind of fraud. How did they get my credit card number? I go on secure sites only. Please beware of this major scam.
