Lauren Kitchens and her staff are very unprofessional, not sure if going on the food network has gone to her head or what the problem is. We had an appointment for 3 weeks and her staff called the day of to cancel, but then said they would get back to us after it was explained that we took the day off of work to come meet them and we never received a call back. Shows a lack of respect for the customer.
