Do not order any dresses from this store unless you can try them on in YOUR size to see if you like how they look!!!

I went to this Bridal shop to order a bridesmaid dress. They carry dresses in only very limited and mostly small sizes in the shop for purposes of trying them on. We found a dress we liked, but my bridesmaid could not try it or any similar dress on because she is not a size 6. We ordered the dress in the desired color and paid for the dress in full. We received the dress but when she tried it on it does not suit her frame and looks horrible on her. We asked the owner of the shop to work with us to exchange the dress but the store's policy is no refunds or exchanges. She was perfectly happy to take our money to order another dress (which may or may not look right when received - we did NOT order another dress from her) but would not do anything to make our purchase right. We are stuck having paid $184 for a dress that looks so horrible it will never be worn. Now we are out the $184 and still need to find a suitable bridesmaid dress!!!
