Unprofeessional

I was greeted by a stylist at 3:05 and was the next person in line. 3 people came in after me. The 4 Stylist working had continuous chatter among themselves for 20 minutes. 2 Stylist clocked out when a woman appeared from the back and took a customer who came in 15 minutes after I did. When I confronted the 2 Stylist about the situation I was told it would be a couple of seconds. After waiting for 5 more minutes with no response, I walked out the door. Total time of 45 minutes with no haircut. I'm in the service industry and would be out of business if I showed half the lack of service as your workers.

Bad haircut

I went to Fantastic Sam's yesterday and came out with the worst haircut I have ever had!! It looked good until I got home and discovered how she butchered the back of my head. Sara (at the West Bend, WI location) spent more time interested in the conversations next to her that I had to ask her numerous times if she heard what I said - "umm hmm." I asked her if she knew how to feather and layer my hair - I could have done a better job myself!! Don't bother wasting your money - spend a few more dollars and go to a reputable stylist. Another tip - never trust someone who has PINK streaks in her hair to cut your hair!! Total waste of money.
