I bought the product but I later noticed that it does not conform to the the claims made in its advertisement and it is not suitable for me. The advert for the product claims among others, that it is very simple and easy to use, but that is not true. As the product has a '60-day no questions asked return guarantee' I have made two requests so far for refund but Intellectual Solutions Limited has ignored me in both cases.
