Despite the initial bad service and hiccups, I decided not to make a formal complaint as your staff did try to rectify their mistakes. However, I found out recently from my friend that she has not opened up the hamper as it did not match the picture of the order that I sent her. This is too much and so I am sending this email in the hope that you will make arrangements rectify this error by delivering the correct hamper down and collect back the wrong one without any additional charges asap.
The photo of the wrong order is attached for your reference. This is clearly something more suitable for children which i would not have ordered for someone in his 70s.
I am appalled at the level of service for an organisation as reputable as yours. I've always bought my flowers from Far East Flora at the Thomson and this is the first time I've ordered via phone. Though ordering over the phone and online is definitely more convenient, I am concerned about the quality of service and the errors committed just to make a simple delivery.
I hope you will settle this asap.
