Michael and Tracy Farley operating under Farley Service Company are not true to their word at all. They were hired in February to do a extensive renovation on our homes first floor. It was a job that we knew would be a big one but Farley came out and measured -- took all the information and also offered their design service as a help to us. A contract was drawn up and signed by all stating in 7 weeks we would have a complete job. During the past 13 weeks the job is still not done and we have not seen or heard from Michael or Tracy for two weeks. They have left us with no kitchen or bathroom cabinets -- 53 total -- no curtains that tracy was supposed to have for us months ago -- and no chair seats to our kitchen set -- all of which have been paid for. We are in the process of getting bids from others to finish up as they cannot be found. Many items were damaged and broken while they had their crew here and they were left unsupervised the majority of the time to let do work they had no idea of how how to do. We have had to re-paint most of the rooms or at least touch up where holes were put in the walls with too big of anchors she used to put up pictures. Michael does good work but is not there most of the time and Tracy is good at color choices but is no designer. Over all I am out about 10, 000 to fix and finish what they started. Save yourself much agony and stay away from these two.
