These people are so hard to get in touch with. They decided to drop our home owner's insurance without telling us why. We've left 3 messages so far, and Jason, our agent, has neglected to call us back. We've called a few times more but hang up when the answering machine picks up. I consider this very bad business, and i wouldn't recommend this company for any reason. It is so rude to not call people back. They should be more professional.
