This company is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau, with good reason. I had my home owner's insurance through this company and was given nothing but grief for it. I constantly received harassing letters from the office of Melissa Bulla threatening to cancel our policy; we would call the office every time we got one of those letters and would be told "not to worry" and that "everything will be taken care of and there is nothing we need from you", we were constantly reassured that the payments for our premiums were being paid out of our escrow account with Wells Fargo, until we received a letter stating that our policy had been cancelled a number DAYS ago. I called Farm Bureau and spoke with a manager named "Scott" who told me the reason our policy was cancelled was due to "non-payment of premiums" and while very cordial, was quick to continually shift the blame onto Wells Fargo. I then checked with Wells Fargo who had documented proof that not only had Farm Bureau been paid on time, but they had also cashed the checks weeks ago. Farm bureau has since refused to reinstate our policy OR issue a refund to us for the more than 1, 000 they took and they have yet to be able to come up with an explaination as to the reason why that is. My husband and I are both enlisted US military and college students who do not have this kind of money to lose. This company should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers this way and for ripping off veterans!
