Complaint Summary
Agent Dave Davis of farms bureau lured me into switching to his co. From AAA, promising a lot cheaper rate for auto and home policy. On august 2010 I paid him in advance for whole year on auto policy, and he set up monthly payments for the home policy. In September he tried to increase my rate only after one month, which I objected to, thereby he proceeded to cancel auto policy. I felt I been duped, into switching I asked for full refund minus one month premium at most, Also told him to cancel my home policy.since it is cheaper to get both policies together. Out of $ 1800 F.B refunded me only 450. if they prorated correctly at the same rate, the owe me another about $1000 . On home policy they kept billing me another 153.50 for another month.even though, he was told to cancel both policies since they were dropping my auto policy. In order to resolve this issue to my satisfaction.
F.B INS co.refund $1000. Stop billing for $153.59 for so called accrued premium.

Complete refund and take me off their collection activity without any harm to my credit score and ratings
