We purchased an England funiture set for our living room. We waited over 3 weeks because we changed the color on the furniture. We have had the furniture for over 2 weeks the pillows are awful.The pillows do not line up with at all on the sofa or love seat. I went to the store on 9-7-2010, to tell them about the problem. I was told to return the pillows to the store and they would see what they could do. I asked the Manager (Dean), how can you tell if they are not fitting properly if I retun to the pillows. He was like, yes that true, I will send (Eric) / sales/delivery driver to take a look but Im not sure when we will be in the Murfreesboro, TN area. So, I asked sir I have defective merchandise that I paid over $1200.OO and you cant give me a date on when you can inspect it.
Well Eric called on 9-9-10 and said he would be in that area and would take a look at the furniture. Eric arrived at our home and proceeded to flip and change the pillows only to find out that they are defective. Well he tried to call the manager, foe me to speak with but was told he wasnt in, (NOT SURPRISED). I asked if the manager could give me a call. I was told by Eric that they would replace the cushions and it would take 3 weeks. How can you replace and repair something thats still sitting in my living room. I want the company to pick this furniture up and refund our money!
