Poor delivery and customer management system
These people cliam high level quality assurance but deliver products without any quality check in place. I have been delivered a tunic with stitches (as if someone has worn/torn/redone that clothe). I have been following up with them since Monday last week and till now they have not been able to organise pick up of the same. They really seem to not care that there is a customer complaint that should be addressed. This is not my first bad experience in service deliebry with them.Someone should teach them customer management.

Cheated On Commitment
Hi All,
The nice looking attractive site is good only while taking orders. As per their commitment, if the shoe size is not as per your required size, as all brands have their own fitting, you can ask them to get another size, but they dont even reply any of such complaint mails. Same days, they replied for any orders mail on the spot. I am still waiting for one reply from their side after sending no. of mails from my side.
Just not at all happy with them, as I have not expected such thing from such authorized site.
They are Just Hopeless..

Nice to be a member of fashion and you
Never thought that i would be receiving such a wonderful products from fashion and you. I got hear many negative comments for fashion and you but when i tried my hand on this company and placed the order, found good products.
Well i think once in a blue moon the products can be defective which are delivered to the customers. I have invited so many friends of mine to register themselves on this site so that they can also get good deals.
I never thought that the company who gives the great discount will also give the vouchers to shop. It's really awesome to be a part of fashion and you.

Fashion and You getting great
One of my friend invited me to join fashionandyou. 1st i was doubting that what will i really get from this company as it’s an online shopping website.
Once i got myself registered then found
many exciting offers credits for customer like us.
I said wow and shopped shamelessly from this shopping club. I have also liked facebook page of FNY & you know what FNY runs so many contest in which they give free gifts like luxury fragrances, handbags, apparels etc etc... Man they rock!!
I have recommended this shopping club to all my friends and most have them have joined and buying stuffs from this site. Trust me guys i have not yet faced any problem yet with this company. Ya one of my friend had faced a slight problem related to the delivery of her product but she received it and is happy with the quality of the product.
I’m impressed with the site and would recommend this site to all the shoppers who shop online.
