I bought a shirt that was on clearance. Before I paid, I asked the cashier if there was something wrong with it, she said, "No", so I paid. When I got home, I took the shirt out of the bag to try it on. I always smell the clothes that I buy before trying them on. The shirt smelled like it's been washed and under arm odor. I went back to the store right away to exchange. The manager started yelling and told me "NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE" on clearance items. She said it's the customer's responsibility to check their clothes before purchasing them. My response was, "Well, you are deceiving people. You are selling used clothes as NEW; it's not sanitary!" But, they don't care! The shirt is still here and can't wear it with that funky smell!
