Have We Arrived



Before we viewed the movie ROOTs. We had Roots. Before the Middle Passage -
There was a land of Black Folk. Yes, we do have Obama in office a change for the mentality of the people. Since we have a change and have hope. Must I say a voice? Rather we see it right away or not there will be a difference. Two hundred years cannot be changed overnight. I do not know people if it is realized that Macy’s was the only major department store in downtown San Francisco that had a Black cosmetic counter with a reputable Black technician.

Fashion Fair It’s no longer there No more Fashion Fair at Macy’s- downtown San Francisco. No Iman, No anything for us. Patti Labelle, Flori Roberts. Nothing. Nowhere. MAC does not count. We were not the only ones wearing Fashion FAIR. Everyone has BENEFITTED from Fashion Fair Cosmetics. Have we arrived and what have we arrived to. Complacency, lackadaisical, attitudes . Do we care. Why should we have to order online or go to Stonestown or Serramonte? What is wrong with us? Please give me feedback. Please call Johnson Publications, the manufacturers of Fashion Fair cosmetics. We should also have a store in downtown San Francisco that has Flori Roberts, Iman, and /or Patti Labelle cosmetics. We are going back to Madame C.J. Walkers‘ days door to door.
