I put down that they are from CHINA because the few responses I've seen by employees there to complaints are VERY BROKEN English, like "Me are employee with company. We be having problem, data gone", etc. ALSO, I've tried to do a domain search on them, AND THEY USE A PROXY TO TRY TO APPEAR TO BE FROM THE U.S., BUT CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT!
NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT USES A PROXY, . THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE! LIKE THE FACT THEY'RE FROM CHINA!!!
Also, never, EVER do any business with anyone who has this many complaints filed against them!!!

First, NEVER use paypal. Paypal will refuse to give you back your money. There is NO protection with paypal!!
Also, you need to go to your bank, and tell them that your money has been stolen by these frauds, and let them know that since they took money and you never received anything, that you would like to initiate a chargeback! You can show them the url I posted above, and also tell your bank that you want your account number changed, and for it to not be shared with ANYONE trying to get in under the new number. Yes, that means that you will have to manually pay your bills, but it is the only way.

I ordered Prada shoes from Fashiondrops.com on May 12, 2008 the money was taken out on May 13, 2008. Website says 10 to 12 days to receive item. By June 5, 2008, order was still not received. Using their customers support website, I was told it is in Europe and when they receive it, I will be notified. They did not know when they would receive it, so I cancelled the order. It is now July 17, 2008 and I have not received my money back, but they show it in their website account database. I am not able to contact anyone for follow-up. I have notified my bank, and they are working on it for me.

I ordered some gucci sneakers on June11th. it is has been over a month without hearing from them. I don't know what the status of my order is. They don't have a phone number. They told me that I could check the status of mt order with one of their online costumer service reps. I am always being ignored. I am tired of this.
