These jerks run their business out of their employee's cars. They seem to be able to charge whatever they want for recovery, because they only take cash after dark, and heaven forbid you want to use a card during the day to get your car back. Also, my car was damaged from their valiant fervor to tow it, and they refused to give me their company's insurance information so I could file a claim. Instead I HAD to go through my insurance company. They also took my parking pass OUT OF MY CAR, along with an mp3 player. PRAY you never get towed by these jerks. The VA branch is impossible to find, out in a back lot, down a gravel road. The gravel is probably what caused the damage to my car.
