Fraudulent Withdrawal
This company withdrew money from my account last summer and I disputed this with my bank. I was refuned at that time and no further charges were assessed. Now out of the blue, Fast Net Learning has debiting my checking account for $70.00. When I called, I could not be provided when I enrolled, if this was a monthly charge, could not speak with a supervisor or manager, so I called back. Same run around. This company needs to be shut down! Do not do business with this company. Will be filing complaint with Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's Office!

illegal bank withdrawals
I signed up for information on how to work from home on June 29, 2010. . It said 30 day trial for $2.95. One week later I was called by a consultant stating the minimum consulting package they have to get help with your work at home company set up and website is $4000.00. I explained I don't have that kind of money now and want to cancel this now. I never went on their site to check out the work at home website product SCAM and they charged $79.99. They say I did not give notice to them before the 30 day trial period was over that I never even took advantage of since I never went on the site and did anything with the offer. I had received many emails from a Jennifer Anderson and never replied. I wish I had now to learn more about this company scam in July. I never gave it another thought after I cancelled this program after they have refused to give me my money back. They said Andrew who I spoke with after 2 weeks of joining the fraudulent company FAST NET LEARNING is from a different part of the company and was not the person who I should notify I wanted to cancel my membership with. However they did credit me $19.99 the following week after my threats to report them to the BBB and the police. It has now been 5 months later now, 10 days ago on 11/26/2010 I found on my bank statement with another charge of $79.99 taken out of my account without my consent. This is almost 5 months after I cancelled this program. THIS BEHAVIOR IS NOT ONLY SCANDALOUS IT IS FRAUD AT ITS BEST TO TAKE PEOPLEs BANK CARD VISA INFO AND USE IT TO ROB THEM WHEN THEY ARE NOT LOOKING. THIS IS ILLEGAL SINCE I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANTYHING AND CANCELLED. WHEN I CALLED AFTER BEING ON HOLD OVER 38 MINUTES. THIER ORIGINAL EXCUSE WAS I DID NOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD WAS OVER. SO WHEN I CALLED 11/29/2010 AND SPOKE TO NET SPEED HOSTING THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REVERSE MY CHARGES BY WED. 12/1/2010. NOW TODAY WHEN I CALLED NET SPEED HOSTING THEIR ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE THE COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY TAKES YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT SAID I DID NOT CANCEL IN TIME BEFORE THAT IS WHY THEY CHARGED ME. I SAID WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE NOW! I WANT MY MONEY NOW OR I AM CALLING THE POLICE AND THE FBI AND ANYONE ELSE WHO WILL LISTEN TO ME ABOUT THESE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. ALSO THIS HAD CAUSED MY BANK ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN AND THE BANK CHARGED ME $31.00 NSF FEES TOO! Now that I am researching FAST NET LEARNING I am finding, there are complaints all over about this company doing this exact thing to lots of people. They are basically just taking peoples money and refusing refunds. They are almost impossible to contact.I now try calling their phone number that was given me back in July 2010, 888-890-89509 and it is constantly busy with a busy signal. I can not get hold of anyone exceot people at Net Speed Hosting. I have been on hold for 33min. THEN GIVEN NO HELPFUL INFORMATION OR REMEDY TO THIS PROBLEM EXCEPT I WILL FORWARD YOUR INFORMATION TO MY SUPERVISOR. How do we get our money back and shut this fake company down?
Here are copies of the email I received:

Fraudulent Charges to Credit Card
I too visited this website and agreed to a $2.95 charge. However, like all of the other victims, $79.99 was charged to my cc. I called my cc company and they refunded the $79.99. In retaliation, the company charged another $79.99 and sold my info to another company out of Las Vegas, Guru something and they also charged my card, $79.99. I have been charged a total of $159.98 for just visiting a website!
Please take the time to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint. If everyone who has been victimized by this company files complaints, maybe they can and will be stopped. You can Google the Better Business Bureau or contact the AZ office @ 602-264-1721.

Unauthorized Withdrawl of My Money
First they charged me 79.99 from Fast Net Learning and then from "Profit Guru on the web". I was able to finally get to someone and she said in the terms and agreements the 2.95 was a 7 day trial and the 79.99 was for the program. I never saw an email, receipt, nothing!
I just spoke with someone at "Fast Net Learning" and she was able to refund one of the two 79.99 charges. Beware of additional charges.
Call 877-585-8444 for your refun.

Big rip-off
I read on local news website of a story of a local mother that signed up for this "work from home". Because this was a story showing on a local news channel I trusted the information. Not only did they take the original $2.95 but several weeks later at the end of the month they took $79.95. I slapped my own wrists at this point and decided to just walk away. On July 30th another $79.99 was removed from my checking without permission. This was done under another company name. It did include a website, when inputting the website I was redirected back to Fast Net Learning. I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get it stopped.

SCAM
I was looking at the fastnetlearning.com website just now after being SCREWED !!! This is my second post but I just noticed that if you go into the " contact us" link, its all screwed up. The stupid person that created the website needs to go back to school. It simply states " Your questions area a priority and we responded to as quickly as possible" . And it gets more entertaining than that, just look at all the links at the bottom. It will give you a good laugh even though we are pissed about all of this.

SCAM !!!
BEWARE !!! This company is a BIG FAT SCAM !!! They start off by using a "Kelly Richards" introduction and then they tell you it's 2.95 to start. I was never aware of the "7 day free trial" . I never recieved my product and they took 79.99 out of my account and refusing to give me back my money. They told me to read the terms and conditions page, after it finally would let me it states that it will take out 89.94 from your account !!! My advice is to contact FTC AND BBB, along with your bank. Also contact your local news to make them aware of it so they can spread the word to others. Lets shut these people down and get our money back. If I get mine back I will post how... Its sad that there are people out there that lazy and selfish to take money from others.

money taken off account not authorized, and I want it back!!!!
Fast Net Learning took $79.99 off from my unemployment card unathorized and I want it back, I would never pay for something like that, especially when I'm on unemployment and need every penny I get to pay my bills, which I am now behind on thanks to them.
