This company is a scam they stole 79.95 from my bank account would not let me cancel my subscription. I authorized them to make a charge of 2.95 to my account 3 days later they took another 79.95. when called they said that it was a trial and the 79.95 was non refundable.

my name is Christoper Collins. I called in about an unauthorized charge to my account and unfortunately the first person i spoke with told me that their was nothing i could do in order to get a refund so i asked to speak with his manager he told me no on several occasions after asking him about six times he put me on hold and when he came back he offered me twenty-five percent of my money back I told him that wasn't good enough he then transferred me to a young lady(sorry didn't catch her name)when i spoke with this young lady she was very rude to me she broke all protocol and even use profanity. I REPEATEDLY ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER and she refused to transfer me. I told the young lady that getting twenty-five percent of my money wasn't good enough i even offered that if she or the company give me fifty percent of my money back i was willing to except that she told me no and after an hour on the phone with her i continued to ask for a manager she hung up in my face. So if u can resolve this situation i would greatly appreciate it
