Fast Track Grants -- I didn't realize how fishy this company really is until I realized I could not even find a good Category for it!

Call came in as "unavailable". Man talking did not have a foreign accent but for the first munite or so the phone reception quality seemed very poor. In summary, he told me I could receive a grant for education, housing, business or personal use. He said I could receive all the intructions and paperwork for shipping charge of $1.99. I told him I cannot pay anything without verifying the legitimacy of the organization. He then repeated "Fast Track" and said that apparently I'm not really interested in the info. At that point I began to think this may be a scam. I told him he was not handling the call properly. I told him no one in his right mind would send any $ without verifying who is getting it. I then asked for the phone number and mentioned the number came up as unavailable. He then asked me why I requested the information if I did not intend to follow through or something to that effect. I told him that people send away for free info via computer all the time -- it's that simple. Then the phone went dead. Enough said -- heads up regarding Fast Track grants, loans, whatever they call themselves...
