MONKING THE PUBLIC!
Some cowboy(s) used my home address to open an account with FastHost. FastHost then harrass me with letters to my address, demanding payment. Had FastHost carried out their credit checks in the correct manner, they would have unearthed that this bogus individual has never and never did reside at my address. To resolve the matter, I then called the Credit control numbers (given by FastHost) Mike Whitten / Whittenken and Joseph Singer. Both were uncontactable despite many many voice mail messages and returned letters. I have now taken this case to Office of Fair Trading who are investigating this case under my behalf. Let's unite our voices together Anti-FastHost public and bring the company to its knees.

customer service
signed up for one of there anual subscriptions, did think you would be given the option to renew the subscription via credit card...was never given the chance to decide even though the credit card had been cancelled, the account was not usef for over 8 months. If they had some kind of customer service department they would have questioned the lack of use, but as usual it was easier to take the subscription wait for a complaint and then no contact or address to make a complaint. this is currenly with the FOS as and office complaint, but we all know they will hid behing the usual T & C, have to comment the customer service was absolutly rubbish still no reply from any of my letters to the company...use someone else
