unable to cancel
"Jennifer" from Fast Net learning was dismayed because I did not want to participate in their program a choice I made immediately. They have withdrawn money from my account and I want it back. The 888-890-8509 number they display in their email must be bogus since it is always busy?

Unauthorized charge to credit card
Burn me once, shame on them. If you are even considering doing business with such fraudulant people, be very, very, VERY,
careful. I doubt you can make much of a profit with their products in the first place, but if so, not without paying out huge amounts of money first. This is a big SCAM for them to accumulate tons of money in their dollar jar. $79.99 from each of you, plus $2.95, from each of you, to be exact. I had signed up for a supposedly "free home website center", which linked me to the fastnetlearning website, in which they offered a free trial of their product, for a $2.95 charge. I read the terms and conditions, and realized if I didn't cancel, they would charge me. After I wouldn't upgrade to a "pro account" because it would have cost a lot more money, I decided to cancel. I called the homewebsitecenter, who told me to e-mail my request. I did this within 7 days of signing up, and received a confirmation e-mail that said "I can confirm that you have a free home website center account and unless you upgrade to our PRO account, there is NO CHARGE from us". They also let me that I needed the call fastnet learning to receive my refund, which I thought was the $2.95 I had been charged. Since I called them after the 7 days to receive a refund, and thought my account was already cancelled, they charged me $79.99. I filed a dispute with my bank, and they denied giving my funds back, saying they didn't have authority. I called the company 4 times; they also have refused to give a refund. I will have to take further action to receive any recourse, if any. The thing is, I feel really like they deceived me into thinking that everything was taken care of, that my account was cancelled. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one, to assure that no more funds would be taken out of my account. I am not even working or receiving unemployment, so I really needed that money. But when I explained that to their representatives, they could care less.

Give me back my money $79.99
First of all, how can you take from those people who are still working at 73 and I find much to my sorrow am still falling for scams. Right now I am so angry and cannot get over this feeling of being "taken." I joined your fastnetlearning.com trial on June 24, 2010 at 11:01 for $2.95 ID 58191 and read that I would be charged $79.99. I didn' t even get to log in before I got a call from my credit card company that you had charged $79.99 to my credit card on June 30th, a six day trial rather than a seven day trial. I immediately called FastNetLearning, cancelled my order (ME81064) and asked them to refund my money. They said they could not. I asked why and they told me about terms and conditions. I can assure you that terms and conditions don't mean anything to me for a six day trial period but $ $79.99 does mean a lot to me as I am 73 years old and still working to support myself. $79.99 means groceries, gas, electricity, water. I work 8 to 10 hurs a day and don't make that much money in a day. After Googling your company (which I should have done at first) I found out a lot of people besides myself have been taken advantage of... SHAME ON YOU
