i had bought my fastrack in dec 2008 and since then it has been performing well but however recently mine being a metallic watch since it had lost its luster i went to the authorized service center and showroom of titan in burdwan west bengal and since then my problems have had no ends.Apart from the rude behaviour of all the receptionists sitting in the showroom they dont even know how to fix the watch. I have been to this service center in question 7 times in the past 2 months, once they even kept the watch under observation for 15 days and yet the problem persists. the problem being that initially the watch slows down and finally stops. Also the last time time the watch had been delivered the key with which can set the time was not working. That very evening i went to the showroom and they again wanted me to submit the watch for another 15 days to which i dindt agree but they told me that the key problem had been solved but however when i returned that as usual they had bluffed me again. I am a final year engineering student and day in and day out i have to appear for various interviews for jobs where i need the watch but i cant use it. Such a kind of harassment wasnt expected from a brand which so many people trust.When money is invested such a kind of treatment is not accepted, Kindly look into the matter sir as it is tarnishing the reputation of your company. Also i am not the only customer to have faced such a problem while waiting in the showroom i have seen many customers complain of the services provided by this service in particular.Also one of my classmate is facing the same problem after having her watch washed. Please do kindly look into the matter at your earliest
