This company is known for its amazing signs. Well, I realize that this is a franchise so different owners may do different things. I had a contract with the owner Bob Woodruff of Rochester, New York and not only did he not finish the job but he also screamed and yelled at me on the phone numerous times. He also did not provide the right products. He has no idea the amount of agony he has caused me. He does not know how to run a business. He has awful customer service.
They ask for all of your credit card information up front so that they can charge it and there is no guarantee and then they yell at you!!!
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
