I paid $39.97 with my VISA credit card, plus $9.97, and never received a download of the product or a confirmation of my order, only the charge on my credit card.

did not recieve all ebooks and also this was a deceptive advertizement
I ordered an e book today that was misrepresented in the company's advertisement. Listen to their ad and they say you don't need expensive excercise equipment but in the book it shows numerous weight exercises you need to do that would require you buying thousands of dollars of equipement or joing a gym. Also two of the e books they send to not open. In the past I have bought e books from clickbank and have been satisfied. Frankly the Fat Burning Furance is a scam and you should not sell their product on you site. I want a full refund to my credit card for this bogus and misrepresented e book.

Scam
The very pleasant Rob goes into detail about how he and his wife Kaitlyn lost weight how they too, can help you to lose weight using their exercise regime, they express that it doesn't involve forking out a fortune on gym equipment, they pull you in by allowing you to browse their book to see for your self, just costs a couple of euro, dollars and of course if you don't like it you don't have to pay the rest of the money, like any idiot would; you give your card details and download the book, after two seconds you realise it's complete rubbish and try t o contact them to tell them so... of course they are not contactable, you contact CLICKBANK using the details they supplied and tell them not to take money out of your account, now assuming that you have nipped something in the bud, until you get your statement. You contact your own credit supplier and there's nothing they can do unless you can show that you tried to contact the vender to postpone payment, they inform you that they have huge problems with clickbank in this regard, scambank working with scam artists and so on... An expensive lesson learned by a reformed idiot. If the vender has no contact details it's a scam. While searching the complaint board site about another matter, I noticed that Rob is still advertising his book, with Google of all people and on this complaint site, ironic?

never received product
I ordered the Fat Burning Furnace and never received the product. I paid for the trial offer over 20 days ago and today my account was charged the full amount and still no product. I can't find a site to download it from and logging onto clickbank.com is no help. There was barely any information on the receipt that I printed so I don't know what to do at this point. I have no address or phone number to contact the company. My click bank order number is E7M7N64W. I never even recieved a confirmation email about my purchase. I figured it would take a few days or something but have recieved nothing to this day. I wouldn't mind paying for this if I actually had access to it.

unable to download information so nothing received
I paid three payments via Paypal in AUD 44.58, 33.42 and 11.12 on 10/11/2009 and have been unable to download any of the products. The contact website continually says the server is unavailable and there is no other contact route provided. The Click Bank order numbers are L7ERGBSL L7ERGBKL and 9HGEH8ZM
I would like my money returned immediately and these scammers tracked down and dealt with.
