Ordered Goods online on 01/03/2010 never recieved email or product but money taken from my account

Complaint Rating:
They said I would receive it over the net and I did not an d they did charge my account and I want it refunded. I will take this to the TV station if necessary and I do not hear from you or someone from your ofc soon. This is out and out theft.
