I bought into this product online, and was given so many passwords, references etc., that I now find I am totally confused, and am unable to access any download of the promised trial period program. My fear is that they will soon go ahead and deduct the cost of this program, and still leave me in the dark as far as getting hold of the information. I need help as soon as possible. I am a learner on the computer, so it needs to be simple... thank you !
