I ordered 2 items from FatGamer on 2 Jan 2011 and received an automated response confirming the order. On 7 Jan 2011, the order was still pending so I emailed the Company (they have no phone listed) to determine its status. On 11 Jan 2001, upon receiving no response from the Company, I cancelled the order via an email sent to both their primary ([email protected]) and secondary ([email protected]) listed accounts. Luckily I paid via PayPal, and was able to cancel the pending transaction. On the morning of 15 Jan 2011, I received an email from FatGamer indicating a portion of my order had shipped; not actually as it was just a pre-generated USPS tracking number that's requested prior to actualy posting. I immediately emailed the Company the same morning reiterating cancellation of the order, indicating that the PayPal payment had been recinded and they wouldn't be able to charge for the item, and told them not to ship the partial order. Only time will tell if these idiots actually listen, or if they decide to ship me what will be a free game.
