The customer service really sucked
My sister ordered a wireless controller and when she got it the controller was not working. She e-mailed several times and finally got a response a week later with instruction to return the item. She had to pay the shipping and then it took almost 3 weeks to get a replacement. She e-mailed several times to get updates on what was taking so long and she never got a reply. The customer service really sucked. She made sure I shopped elsewhere when I was looking to buy.

Don't buy from them
On December 7, I ordered a DVD for a Christmas present. The web site said it was in stock. My credit card was charged. I never received the product.
On calling them (beginning of January), they say the DVD is back-ordered without an estimated date of delivery. I never had any emails claiming out-of-stock or delayed shipment or anything of the sort. So I ask them to refund my money and cancel my order. BUT, they claim I wasn't charged. But I totally was. It's on my statement right in front of me. Ugh! So now I have to do this through the bank. So annoying. Don't buy from www.fatgamer.com.

I received partial order with incorrect items
Placed an order on 4/8, paid extra for rush shipping. Week later I receive partial order with incorrect items. NEVER received the rest of my items. Sent several emails and left voice mail. They finally sent me a form email saying the order was canceled on 6/8 due to stock unavailability:(
