Premier family services Gooleta, california - This website claims to provide legal help for father's trying to get custody of there children.The company is unlicensed. Th company sells these men on the first phone call taking there money and promising to provide services they are incapable of providing. Each phone call after the first is upselling, just trying to get as much money as possible as quickly as possible. They have taken thousands of dollars from unsuspecting fathers. How can someone exploit people in such a vulnerable sistuation?

Just an update on this company: they have charged my card again for the same monthly rate of $48.95, but this time using a different number and name. Anyone who is still being charged against your wishes, cut up your cards, and request brand new ones! Also, I am going to speak with a lawyer soon to see what can be done. I say class action lawsuit, but we would all have to be on board. I'd give out my email address if it was allowed, so that this could be coordinated. I know that $1000 is not a whole lot of money, but most of us came to this company in times of hardship, and at those times it is a steep amount to lose. My papers look like a Microsoft Excel program that a kid could reproduce. I'm embarrassed, angry, and want to nail this-these guy(s).

Realize: just on this website there are over 150 complaints. I think that qualifies more action than just having one pulled over on you.

I paid 845.00 for attorney services to prepare paperwork for child visitation and paternity issues.
They sent paperwork with instructions and after various calls etc. they have disconnected the phone and email contacts they advertise. I cannot file the court papers they way that they are and cannot get any help. It was a complete rip-off and they do not render the services they charge for.
Then they started taking monthly membership fees that were never authorized. Anthony said they would be refunded...he also said one of their attorneys would call me to go over the crap they sent me...THAT NEVER HAPPENED either!

They gave me one set of papers that weren't with the money spent. They rush quick to get all the money they can and then won't respond to communication after the initial paperwork is sent. $98.00 + $48.95 + $845.00 = 1 bad/late packet of paperwork and no returned calls/e-mails.

If you're a father losing his children (and you're not scum), cool off, slow down, do some legal research or hire an attorney. Don't mess with these bozos who aren't licensed to practice law in California.
