Question???
If you purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 SE Turbo on Jan 5th 2011 with 13 miles when you pulled off the lot and a week later (Jan 12th 2011) were told it needs a NEW transmission would you be fine with the dealer replacing the transmission because it's under Warranty or would you want another NEW car?
This is the EXACT dilemma I am currently going through with Faulkner Hyuandai on Paxton Street. Paul Salvaggi the General Manager & Hyundai are hiding behind Warranties and paperwork with ordering and wanting to replace the transmission ins...tead of putting me into another NEW comparable Sonata.
I know it is not Mr. Selvaggio's fault the transmission is bad and it definitely is not my fault. I waited 10 years to purchase a NEW car and I want another NEW CAR not a "Fixed" New/USED car.
Hyundai's website with a message from Hyundai CEO Mong-Koo Chung states "Since its establishment, Hyundai has placed customer satisfaction as its highest priority — achieved only through meeting challenges head-on with our undying passion."
